1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through the Versah UK Ltd online store and in person, including one-time purchases and any available purchase options (such as bulk orders, promotional pricing, or repeat purchase arrangements).
Versah UK Ltd supplies dental equipment intended for professional use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing in the course of business as a dental professional.
2. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be handled in accordance with the returns terms below.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
For business-to-business (B2B) purchases:

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, ordering error, or surplus stock.

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Versah UK Ltd and may be subject to a restocking fee.
4. Consumer Cancellation Rights (If Applicable)
If you are purchasing as a consumer (as defined under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013):

Medical or dental devices that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons, once the seal has been broken.

Products that are intended for professional clinical use and supplied sealed.

Dental drills supplied by Versah UK Ltd fall under this hygiene and professional-use exemption once opened.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
If goods are:

Damaged in transit

Not as described

Incorrectly supplied
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may:

Repair or replace the item, or

Issue a refund where appropriate
For consumer purchases, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
6. Condition of Returned Items (Where Accepted)
Where a return has been authorised:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Sterile seals must be intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and processed within 14 days of approval or receipt of returned goods (where applicable).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or faulty goods.
